• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.
• Technical and log data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required longer for fraud investigation or security incident response.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus a reasonable period to demonstrate compliance.

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.
