These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and TR777 ("TR777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the TR777 online gaming platform, including all sports betting, casino, live dealer, slot and esports products available through https://tr777.cam and any associated mobile application or service.

TR777 is an English-language online gaming platform built primarily for Pakistani users. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial gambling commission or any Pakistani sports governing body. TR777 operates under applicable international licensing terms.

These Terms should be read together with TR777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

By completing the TR777 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, depositing funds or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or continue to use the Platform. Continued use of TR777 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To be eligible to open and maintain a TR777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, to the extent that such prohibition applies to you personally.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by TR777 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme that applies to this Platform.
• You are opening an Account solely for your personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of TR777 or any affiliated entity without prior written consent.

Each User may hold only one Account on the TR777 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. TR777 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified TR777 of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.

TR777 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your Account lifetime:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name, where applicable under operator policy).
• Source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed thresholds set by the operator.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in the KYC request may result in account restrictions or closure. Submitting fraudulent, altered or third-party documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — regardless of your relationship to the account holder — are not permitted and may result in the return of funds and account suspension pending investigation.

TR777 references familiar Pakistani payment channels as context for local users. The availability of any specific payment method, associated processing times and applicable fees are determined by the operator and the relevant payment provider, and may vary. No payment provider mentioned on the Platform endorses TR777 or online gambling.

TR777 does not charge deposit fees on its own behalf; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for understanding any fees your chosen payment method may charge before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, TR777 will process the withdrawal via an alternative method following verification.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 6. TR777 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity checks or investigation of suspected bonus abuse or fraud.

Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times and applicable limits are published in the cashier section of the Platform. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are subject to separate withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds become withdrawable only after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

TR777 reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawals exceeding PKR 25,000 in a single request or PKR 100,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period. Such checks may extend standard processing times.

TR777 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published at the point of offer, which form part of this Agreement.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address or device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• TR777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

All bets and wagers placed through TR777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, table games or esports — as published in the Platform's rules section.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or data-feed error during a live sports event or casino game, TR777 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the relevant stake to the User's Account. TR777's decision in such circumstances is final.

TR777's sportsbook covers Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral test series and domestic fixtures — as well as international football, UFC and other major sports. Markets are offered for informational and entertainment purposes and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the relevant league, governing body or sports organisation.

Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are published within the relevant product interface and may vary by market, event or User account status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TR777 platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that TR777 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering or the proceeds of crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing TR777 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the TR777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game assets and data compilations — is the property of TR777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without TR777's prior written consent.

TR777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Every Account includes access to the following tools as standard features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your Account for a minimum period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are binding and cannot be reversed before the elected term expires.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders of time spent and net session results at intervals you select.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TR777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or interruption of service.

TR777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk. TR777's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law.

TR777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, TR777 will provide reasonable notice — typically not less than seven (7) days — via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance before the effective date of the change.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TR777 holds its applicable international operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence provide otherwise.

TR777 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Users in Pakistan are responsible for understanding the legal framework applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction and for seeking independent legal advice if required.
